- A computer or devices with stable internet connection.
- British citizens aged 70 years old or older.
- Your personal United Kingdom passport, old driving license and national insurance number.
- Your address at least in the past 3 years.

- Click on the "start now" green button, after you read before you start instructions.
- Click on the "register" link, if you are new user. For those existing user, click on the "log on" link.
